Here is a List of the 15 Individual Operations We Will Perform On Your AC System
  1. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections and terminals.
  2. Replace or clean air filters; filter additional cost.
  3. Inspect blower motor, drive mechanism, and fan assembly.
  4. Lubricate all applicable fan motors and parts.
  5. Measure and adjust blower for proper airflow.
  6. Vacuum out blower compartment, return airdrop, and surrounding area (no duct cleaning).
  7. Clean, level, and test thermostat.
  8. Measure and record electrical voltage, amperage, and component resistance.
  1. Inspect and test all system transformers, relays, contactors, and controls.
  2. Seal minor air leaks in plenum and return airdrop.
  3. Clean outdoor condenser.
  4. Check for proper refrigerant levels and pressures.
  5. Clean and test condensate piping and evaporator pan.
  6. Run air conditioning through complete cycle.
  7. Advise customer on other ways to reduce energy consumption, improve safety and enhance comfort.
