This was my first time requesting service from Thornton & Grooms. I needed some plumbing work done. I had previous work done by another company and was looking for a better, more reliable company, and better service.
I received EXCEPTIONAL service, in all areas. Mike, the technician, was professional, and friendly, and didn't mind answering my numerous questions. Never once did I feel like I was being scammed because I was a woman...and trust me...I learned the hard way with the previous companies I've used for other jobs.
Thornton & Grooms will be my choice for any other work that needs to be done.
