It's great to feel smart! I sure did make the right decision to use Thornton and Grooms as my heating/cooling company. Jeff Pratt was out today and was the most recent demonstration of how smart I am.

Jeff is very pleasant, has great listening skills and knows his products. He not only identified my problem, he explained it and my heating system so that even I could understand it. My husband agrees with me, we made the right choice with Thornton and Grooms.

No one wants to have a problem with their furnace - but it is great to know that you have a company that cares enough about their customers to hire and train the very best and it sure makes life a little easier. As I told Jeff today - I really look forward to Thornton & Grooms coming and checking on my air conditioner. It was a real pleasure having him in our home.
